RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE:

On receipt of Demand Letter with Power of Attorney, we obtain permission from the Protector of Emigrants Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment for recruitment of each batch as demanded.

ADVERTISEMENT:

We advertise the category-wise, demand in the National Press and on our social media page giving job description, qualifications and experience required. The applications / bio-data’s are scrutinized and only genuine candidates are called for interviews.

PLACEMENT PROCEDURE:

For the convenience of our clients and to provide speedy, efficient and qualitative service, we have divided our recruitment operation into professional placement Wing and the General Manpower Recruitment Wing.

•Professional Placement Wing:

Recruitment and placement of professionals, requires a great deal of skill and experience as the requirements of the job and the experience and ability of the candidates have to be matched as closely as possible. In order to ensure that only excellent candidates are recommended to the prospective employers we have retained the services of a number of professionals for preliminary interview and we have our own trade test centre to short-list the qualified applicants prior to the final selection by the employer’s representative.

•General Manpower Recruitment Wing:

The General Manpower Recruitment Wing has a number of applicants registered with them belonging to various job categories in trades and technical fields; In addition, there are an abundance of semi-skilled and unskilled workers in Pakistan who can be recruited at a relatively short notice. Our Organization has standing arrangements at our own premises were we have well-equipped workshops, Laboratories and equipment,where the candidates are trade tested in the presence of the employer’s representatives, so as to ensure that the candidates are selected to entire satisfaction of our clients.

MEDICAL CHECKUP:

Selected persons are thoroughly medically examined by the Medical Board of qualified doctors to ensure fitness, good health and stability in fulfilling intended employment. Photo copies of medical reports are also dispatched to the employers along with the employees file.

VISA FORMALITIES:

We get endorsement of visa by the relevant Embassies on the Passports of selected candidates. Mostly it will take 3 to 15 days depending upon the load of work, with respective Embassies/Consulate. If all the documents are received in time, it takes 10 to 30 days for embarkation. 

FOREIGN SERVICE AGREEMENT (F.S.A):

Foreign Service Agreement is entered between M/s Bloom International on behalf of employers as First Party and recruited persons as Other Party. This service agreement must contain all the conditions laid down by the employers and those required to be included by the Protector of Emigrants, Government of Pakistan from time to time, Four copies of Service Agreement are made approved and countersigned by the Protector of Emigrants, Government of Pakistan. One copy of the approved agreement is retained by the Protector and one copy is retained by us. The original and the duplicate copies get to the employer and the employee respectively being the actual contracting parties.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS:

The seats of recruited persons are booked immediately after endorsement of visa with Airline. Tickets are either purchased or we utilize PTA for travelling of workers.

After confirmation of seats, we always E-mail/Fax message to our Principals the arrival time of the employees at the destination at least 5 days before, so that the employer depute the representative to receive the employees at the Airport.

Our team member see the employees at the time of embarkation and take maximum care for the welfare of employees.
