Once the Demand Letter and Power of Attorney are received, we secure authorisation from the Protector of Emigrants, Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, to proceed with the recruitment of each required batch.

We publish category-specific requirements in national newspapers and on our social media platforms, providing clear details of job descriptions, qualifications, and experience. All applications and CVs are carefully screened, and only qualified candidates are shortlisted for interviews.

Placement Procedure

To ensure efficiency, quality, and client convenience, our recruitment operations are organized into two divisions: the Professional Placement Wing and the General Manpower Recruitment Wing.

Professional Placement Wing

Professional recruitment demands expertise to closely match job requirements with candidate skills. To ensure only top talent is recommended, we employ experienced professionals for initial interviews and use our own trade test centre to shortlist qualified applicants before final employer selection.

General Manpower Recruitment Wing

Our General Manpower Recruitment Wing maintains a large pool of applicants across trades, technical, semi-skilled, and unskilled categories, allowing quick mobilization. At our own facilities, equipped with workshops and labs, candidates undergo trade testing in the presence of employer representatives to ensure complete client satisfaction.
  • Medical Tests

    All selected candidates undergo thorough medical examinations by certified doctors to ensure fitness for employment, with medical reports shared with employers alongside the employee’s file.
  • Visa Formalities

    We arrange visa endorsements for selected candidates through the respective embassies, usually within 3–15 days. With timely documents, the entire embarkation process is completed in 10–30 days.
  • Foreign Service Agreement (F.S.A)

    Bloom International signs a Foreign Service Agreement with recruited candidates on behalf of employers, as approved by the Protector of Emigrants. Copies are distributed to the Protector, employer, employee, and our office.
  • Travel Arangements

    After visa endorsement, we arrange flight bookings and inform employers of arrival details in advance. Our team oversees embarkation to ensure employee welfare and smooth departure.
